We always try to accommodate our patient needs and offer first available appointment.
We offer emergency appointments during our normal opening hours Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm
We endeavor to see any patient who has a dental emergency. You may not see your usual dentist but we will aim to deal with the immediate problem.
You can contact us on our normal number 02073811922 during our opening hours to arrange an emergency appointment as mentioned above.
Should you have a dental emergency outside the normal practice hours, please telephone NHS 111 service.
If you can not attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice and we will happily cancel or reschedule your booking.
If you are not able to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice.
Failing appointments wastes NHS time, which could have been used for other patients.
If patients fail 2 consecutive appointments the dentist may withdraw treatment.

Regularly wash your hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds or use santitiser gel
Catch a cough or sneeze in a tissue, bin it, than wash your hands
